1. About LocumBooking

LocumBooking provides technology to support locum bookings, rota management, communication and compliance. We do not employ locums and are not party to commercial agreements between locums, practices or agencies.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and authorised to provide or request locum services on behalf of themselves or an organisation.

3. Account responsibilities

• Keep login credentials secure.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Use the platform only for lawful and authorised purposes.

4. Platform integrity

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform
• Interfere with platform security or performance
• Upload harmful or unauthorised content

5. Content and data

Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information they upload. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Service availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is communicated where possible.

7. Liability

LocumBooking is not responsible for clinical decisions, employment decisions, rate negotiations, or disputes between users. Our liability to you is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise platform security.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
